How are dreadlocks made?

We use a backcombing and crocheting technique. After dreads are made it is good to palm roll them to help them mature quicker and grow straight. Regular maintenance every 2 to 3 months is advised.

Should I use wax in my dreadlocks?

Most dreadlocks benefit from maintenance every 2 to 3 months and generally do not require wax.

Can I get dreadlock rot easily?

Dreadlock rot usually occurs from wax, conditioner or excess oils not being cleaned properly over time. Deep cleaning every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended.
